The West Potomac Wolverines enter their 43rd year of competition and 24th year wearing the silver, blue, and white. West Potomac enjoys a long rowing history and a tradition of excellence, dating back to 1968 as Fort Hunt High School. At the inception of Fort Hunt’s team, only five other local high schools had rowing programs. The Fort Hunt team, under former Head Coach Charles "Chick" Little, fielded many successful crews and celebrated many victories, including winning 4 titles at the prestigious Stotesbury Cup regatta. In 1985, Fort Hunt and Groveton High Schools were merged to create a new high school. The Fort Hunt Legacy continues to this day under the West Potomac name.
This will be West Potomac Crew Booster's Primary Annual meeting. We will discuss the annual budget, the upcoming season events and schedule, describe volunteer opportunities, meet the coaches, hand out rower family packets of information, and answer all your questions. It's very important that our crew families attend this annual meeting! For any new member to the Crew Team this is a must event! This is a "pot luck" dinner event. Seniors, please plan to bring a desert, Juniors bring salads/side dishes, Sophomores bring main dishes, and Freshmen bring drinks.

Anyone who purchases from his store between now and February 14th, mention West Potomac Crew Team, the team will receive 5% of the proceeds for all non-rowing items. If someone purchase rowing jewelry by Feb 14 and mentions WEPO Crew, Rubini's will donate 30% of those proceeds to the team.
